This is the same/similar question as #1946. 

When I Enable Comment Entry on the Contributions (Transaction Entry) block, it allows the giver to add a note about their contribution (tithe, donation to specific child, etc).  However, it appears it is set that it is automatically required.  I would like for this to be an optional field as majority of the people who give on-line are giving their weekly tithe and there is no need to put a comment and it makes it more confusing.  

Is there a way to make this an optional field instead of a required one?
