Tried to apply SSL Cert, now can't get past login screen.

After successfully installing Rock on Azure (used two VM's, one for SQL Server and the other for IIS), I attempted to add an SSL cert to the IIS installation. After fumbling around within IIS, I can no longer login to Rock. I get the login page, enter the correct credentials, hit the Login button, but the next page simply returns me to the login page. If I enter incorrect credentials, I get the "Sorry, we couldn't find an account..." message, so that seems to be working correctly.

What do I need to do to correct this situation? What settings do I need to fix? Is there a way to start over again on the IIS side and reinstall the Rock web site files?

Once you enter your good credentials and get returned to the login screen, try manually navigating to /page/3 on your site. Every once in a while that happens to me at login, though I'm not sure why the normal redirect sometimes doesn't work.

Still no joy, can't get past login screen.

Is there anyway to simply re-install the web portion of Rock without touching the existing database tables?

Not really, unless you have file system backups of your Rock folder

Have you tried simply turning SSL off for the site to see if that changes anything?
