Server Error in '/' Application after ssl change

Yesterday our SSL expired which I knew was coming and had already ordered a new one, i had just not updated it yet. When we got the security warning in Rock I continued anyway and Rock loaded without a CSS.

When I pulled up plesk (We host with 3 Essentials) and deleted the old SSL cert everything went crazy. Somehow all of our site bindings were deleted and we started getting sent to Plesks default landing page. After updating bindings we then had a "Server Error in '/' Application" page load with the added note: "Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated."

I have checked the CSV log and ran "select top 30 * from ExceptionLog order by CreatedDateTime desc" but saw nothing relating to this problem.

To make maters worse Plesk stopped running automatic backups in December and this is our production environment.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

As I kept researching and working to resolve this I learned that Plesk 12.5 does not support SQL 2016. This has not been a problem in the past (we did the update months ago) but Plesk had updated shortly before I signed in to switch out the SSL. I suspect the update made it spaz...but I'm not sure.

Even from RDP i couldn't resolve the problem so i created a new website in IIS, and database in SQL manager>installed rock>Updated>Change my web.connectionstring to point to my production database, and transferred over my files to that web instance.

    We are back online.
