Rock - fresh install - stops after about 4 minutes

Just installed a fresh instance on external hosting.  The site comes up, I can log in, and start working with it.  I've updated it to the latest version, but it seems to stop running after a few minutes.  I have to Recycle IIS (8.5) in order to get it back up again.  If I log back in and start working again, it'll do it again in about the same amount of time.  Nothing in the log but I found an entry in App_Data\Logs that says it was a shutdown initiated by the hosting environment.  

I'm new to IIS, but is there something that I can check?

    OK - I have a fix for now.  I got this back from Hostek:  

    Looking further into this issue it appears that the reason that the application pool is crashing is due to the privet memory of the application pool to become filled. We have increased this to see if this will help prevent this from occurring.

    It's been working for over 10 minutes now.  So far so good.  ;)
