SDK Admin Login

I'm scratching my head trying to figure something out. I downloaded the Rock 3.1 SDK. How does the SDK admin user's password get created? When I built the Solution the first time it did not run the wizard like a regular install. Looking in the DB I see the username admin is there. Anyone seen this before?

I was able to get in. It did take guessing the password (couldn't find it documented anywhere). The thing that appeared to be causing my biggest issue was that I was not working from C:\ because I'm in a virtual machine and my Documents folder is shared as a network location via Fusion. Not running from a local drive caused a null exception for a piece of the authentication.
