Selecting a Cloud Server

We are preparing to deploy Rock in our organization. From everything I can see, Azure is no longer offered through tech soup. This seems to be pushing us towards Amazon AWS but it looks like there are some problems possibly with that setup. I'm just barely getting acquainted with all of this info but am I missing something with getting Azure credits?

    Azure was having a huge influx of new customers due to COVID and temporarily suspended their sponsorship program. If you are still interested, it would not hurt to check again regularly to see if they have reopened signups.
