Recurring Giving not showing up in Rock

Several of our families have set up recurring gifts through our my.church.com website. While we are receiving the gifts into our bank account, only the initial transaction when they set up the recurring gift shows up in the Rock. The next recurring transactions do not show up in the batches or in the individual's profile. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

    Amber- Have you set up a Rock job (under Admin Tools | System Settings | Jobs Administration) to retrieve the repeating payments? This is necessary for Rock to import the contributions from Payflow Pro daily. (I think this needs to be covered better in the Financials documentation).
