is there a way to install it on wamp or xampp ?

Hi John,

Rock is built on the IIS/SQL Server/.NET stack - there is no implementation for the Apache/MySQL/PHP stack, which is what I believe these environments are aimed at?

Correct. Both stacks allow you to run PHP/MySQL/Apache apps on Windows, which begs the question... If you already have a Windows host, why wouldn't you just run Rock on it natively? :-)
