Has anyone created a data integrity form that I could use/tweak for our church? Specifically, I would like to create a form for our lead volunteers to fill out when they run into a ROCK issue (i.e. kids aren’t attached to parents in one family household, kids’ name tags are showing “A” for allergy but many are because parents wrote in “none”, someone isn’t getting emails and it may be because they have “no mass emails” checked, etc). So the volunteer/staff would fill this out when an issue arises and then we would submit it to a ROCK volunteer who is working on data integrity.
