How do I add a new organization in Rock RMS Community?

I am taking up the IT Director role in a new church. My current church is in the Still Considering rock stage so I don't want to remove the Organization from Rock RMS Community as it is linked to the Test System we have installed.

How do I create a new Organization that I can also be part of as we consider Rock at the new church and start to plan and implement Rock there?
