0 Active/Public account missing from batch matching screen 2 Kelly Martin posted 5 Years Ago Having issues with seeing active accounts on my batch matching screen. We've verified the account is public and active and have also highlighted it within the match screen preferences but it still does not populate as one of our matching options. Any help or direction on next steps would be greatly appreciated!
