Bulk update of Group Member Attribute of field type Person

If a group has member attribute of field type "Person" then it is not possible to bulk update this attribute value using Action "Update in Group". The person picker control remains disabled as shown below. Attributes of field type text, boolean etc. can be updated.

I have created a Test Group with three member attributes of type "Text", "Boolean" and "Person" on Demo site to demonstrate this.

Not sure if I am missing some setting or is it a bug?

Interesting find. I would submit this as an issue at https://github.com/SparkDevNetwork/Rock/issues and let them determine if it's a bug or working as designed.
