What does this mean? Where do you place this file? What do you mean place it on your webserver?

"This zip file includes the Start.aspx file needed to begin the

Rock RMS install. Simply place it on your webserver and navigate

to it from your web browser (e.x. http://yourserver.com/Start.aspx)"

HI Kathie , Webserver is where your website is stored .. you will need to talk to whoever developes your website to get access ..
secondly it will need to be a windows server to run rock..

If you have done the webserver with the default settings it would be the C:\inetpub\wwwroot
