Wait operation timed out several times a day, every day

Im having an issue where the exception list is reporting an exception several times a day with a wait operation timing out that I want to get to the bottom of. Here is what most of the exceptions look like:

They happen several times a day and normally they all appear at the exact same time as well. In addition, the Send Communications job has been timing out and sending an email exception at the exact same time that these exceptions appear. I cant figure out the route cause of all this and am hoping some of you can help. If you need more info from the exception, let me know.

The send communications exception email is similar and looks like this:

    Do you have any other job running around that same time? We had an issue with that same exception and it was when I had configured two jobs (can't remember which two, though) to run near the same time, and they overlapped... and one lost.
