Rock Store not able to identify my RockRMS account for some reason....

I'm trying to install an add on through the "Rock Shop", which it says I need to login with my RockRMS account...

For some reason, it claims that my account, which this post is currently being posted under, is not able to be found.

Whats the issue?

    Yes, I already added the Purchase Rights to myself in my organization.

      Ok, then contact info@sparkdevnetwork.org as suggested as something more under the hood must be going on.

    Are you an Admin Contact for your organization on the site? Try this: 

    1. On rockrms.com, click My Account from the upper-right drop-down

    2. Click your Organization logo under Organizations

    3. Click Edit Profile (upper right), then click People (under Org Settings)

    If you see yourself in the grid, edit it to give yourself Allow Purchases rights. If you don't even HAVE an organization tied to your login, you'll need to contact info@sparkdevnetwork.org for help in getting you attached to your Organization.

    Wanted to kindly follow up and express my gratification to your quick reply to my issue, but it did end up fixing my issue. 

    I had sent my question to ‘info’ and they asked about the email addy I used in my rock account. So, I double checked and I do not believe my account was properly setup in the first place. So I went through and more thoroughly made sure my account was filled in correctly and my hosted system connects to RockRMS just fine.
