Installed new Canon CR-50 scanner

Installed a new Canon CR-50 scanner and windows recognizes and is able to scan using it.

The Rock Scanning software, however, does not, it shows uder options:

Scanner Type: ......

Interface Version: ...

Scanner interface: (the only selection is ranger)

Scan Image color: (black and white)

nothing input into Sensitivity or Polarity

Did you actually install the Ranger driver for the printer? It's possible to have it working via the Twain driver (thus Windows sees it) without ever installing the Ranger driver which is what Rock needs in order to see the printer.
