Prayer Request Block Error

I get the following error when I try to add a prayer request from the staff portal and when I try to view the prayer requests. It is an error with the block itself, but I don't understand what it's looking for or where to even begin to fix it. Users can submit prayer request through the external portal just fine and I can see them on the first screen where it lists them. Just the Detail block is messed up. The block is: Prayer Request Detail

    Jesse,

    It looks as though someone has removed the delete link button from the corresponding .ascx file. I would compare the PrayerRequestDetail.ascx file with a clean, unchanged version to spot the difference or just restore the file back to the original.

    I checked our test environment and it works in 6.2. I updated it to 6.3 and immediately I get the same error on test. I tried to copy over the prayer blocks with the 6.2 blocks and it did not fix it. It must be a 6.3 issue.
