Issues installing Rock

I have been following the documentation however i am stuck at the actual installation. So i am using a 2008 box, i installed and did the configuration of SQL however when navigate to http://localhost/Start.aspx the page does not load as displayed in the instructions document. Can i get some help please I am at my deadline to launch this. Thanks.

    sounds like you need to reread the document to ensure you selected the correct .net and asp config. Since it's a 2008 box I can only assume that this is a local machine? 


    Also so would be good to know a bit more to help. Like can you load an HTML and the install configuration. SQL has nothing to do with this so more just about installed packages for hosting.

    Could you please post a screenshot of the error you are facing? Did you copy the Start.aspx from the 'rockrms-install.zip' into your root folder?

    I did a double check on the document still not able to identify what is wrong. The machine also has sharepoint installed i wonder if that has anything to do with it. Thanks for your help.

      I figured it out. Sharepoint is the issue. I will make some changes and advise. Thanks All for the help. God Bless!
