Post Installation Login Problems

Hi Rock community, new here.

Using shared hosting (cloud hosting) I have managed to install the CMS successfully until the site loads /complete.aspx (after clicking "Flip the switch") and brings you to the first login. It is at this stage I have problems (see screenshot). I am unable to login and get started.

Your thoughts and advice would be gratefully received.

    Refresh the page and you should see the page with all CSS loaded. For login, provide the ADMIN username and password you entered, during the pre-install steps. Please close one of the duplicate posting.
