Remove Login Credentials

One of our pastors is having trouble logging into our rock site even after having his username resent and changing his password. Is there a way to delete his entire account (not Family record) along with his login credentials so we can try a fresh registration?

It sounds like you might want to try deleting his user account.
Go to his person profile page and click on the Security tab. The second section is called "User Accounts". Click the red "X" on the far right to delete the current account. Then click the plus (+) button underneath that to make a new one. Give him a username and a password (for him to change later) and set the Authentication Provider to "Database". He should be able to login then.
