So let me start off by saying I am not an IT person so if your going answer, please lay it out for a 4 year old. Not that i am a 4 year old but i'm lost right now.

In jobs administration none of the jobs will auto run and Job Pulse is set to active, it doesnt fail, it just doesnt run. I dont know where i need to look in order to get iis to keep the Job Pulse active. I even created another job pulse job and that wont run with out me running it. Any ideas?
